The event of the summer is upon us!  June 13-14th at Steel Steeds Motorcycle Campground in Milton, Pa.  We are so pumped for the event of the summer!

GETTING THERE

Motorcycles:

      Same as last year, we are all meeting at The Barbary at 10am on June 13th.  We will have tank maps for everyone and will be taking mostly back roads the whole way.  Any bikes/riders are welcome to join us, but make sure your bike is tuned up and ready to go.  There will be an RV with a trailer in case there are any issues along the way.

Carpooling:

      If you need a ride, feel free to meet up with us at 10am at the Barbary.  Last year we worked it out so everyone got a ride.  Otherwise, the smarter plan would be to organize your own carpool and have everyone chip in for gas.  If you still need a ride and want to plan ahead, post about it on the event page (https://www.facebook.com/barbarybreakout3)

General Admission: $35 

Tent Rental:   $50 (limited quantities.  reserve on 

      This is for a large coleman tent with a big air mattress.  It also includes electricity, water, bedding, and towels.  Basically everything you need.

Cabin Rental:  $100 

      Your own lil' cabin with some privacy and electricity!  you get your own picnic table and there's a queen bed in there as well.

RV Rental: $140 

     Baller status.  Electricity, fridge, coffee maker, oven, microwave, bathroom, and shower.  Sleeps about 4 people.  You also get your own fire pit outside.  Very limited availability.  Contact jhnrdn@gmail.com asap if interested.

BASIC RUNDOWN:

  Arrival: 1pm

  Set up camp: 1-3pm

  Bands:  3-7pm

  Food, campfires, whatever: 7-10pm

  Mindys Tavern, jello shots, dancing 10pm-????

We went to the site yesterday, and everything is all set up.  This weekend is going to be AMAZING.

BIKE RUN TANK MAPS

I made these little maps for you guys to put on your tanks if something should go wrong. I'll remember to bring some painters tape.

Some people are planning on meeting us at pit stops along the way. Check out the route again—I've added the pit stops on the map. Trying to hit the first pit stop in Limerick (Wawa) by 11:15, Reading (Ozzie's Cafe) by Noon and Tremont (What appears to be a gas station on google maps) by 2.

The basic fundamentals of group riding apply—Stay staggered during most riding situations and single-file when we hit turns. If we're approaching a light turning red and half the group is already through, volunteer yourself to stop in the intersection to block traffic so we can all keep moving.

If ever the front of the pack takes off and starts going fast (which will only happen in the mountain section) go your own speed. Don't feel forced to go fast and outride your skills. I'll stop before any route changes and wait for the pack.

HEY GUYS!  Only 11 days till the very first BARBARY BREAKOUT!  We are currently sold out of the bus tickets, but camping tickets are still available.  If people need a ride, let me know and i'll see what i can do.

ALSO:  For people that want to buy tickets in person, they can be purchased before we leave on June 8th between 9-10am.  OR if you want to purchase tickets at the campground, you can do so up until 7pm.  Day-of ticket prices are $45.  Online is $35.

We have a couple RV's and cabins left.  Hit me up asap if you want one, they aren't going to last.  $100 a pop.
